I have the knowledge to put together a plan to correct any problems found and then make the corrections in a timely fashion to ensure the safety of the workers. I also have the training needed to investigate accidents to determine the cause and then to create and execute a solution, so it will not happen again.

Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing ofeffective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.
Provide support for Project and Operations team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.
Provide support to the Deptfor the implementation of Company-wide HSE initiatives eg. ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc.

Conduct HSE trainings and orientation for all new employees.
Ensure all worksites are HSE compliance with Company policies and safety standards.
HSE personnels in the development of work site HSE campaigns and best practices. Ensure that all employees having PPEs.
Assist in ad-hoc HSE tasks/projects as required.
Ensure workplace safety comply with EHS statutory requirements.
Implement and promote EHS programs.
Conduct regular site safety inspection and follow up actions.
Assist in incident investigation.
Conduct and present monthly safety findings.
Conduct regular safety training, briefing, etc.
